IMC (In Mould Coating) allows to paint the part directly within the tool
Process Description:
During the cycle, some paint is injected at high pressure.
Paint is injected when the part cools down
Advantages:
- The parts are painted without increasing the moulding cycle time
- There is no need to apply a surface treatment before painting the part
- Paint savings
- Working conditions are improved
