Principle:

Semi-product made of high-perfomance materials (PEEK, PPS) is pre-heated at the forming temperature.
It is placed between the tool cavity and core sides.
The tool closes and the semi-product takes the cavity shape.
After being cooled down, the tool opens and the part is released.
