Compose co-recipient of JEC Innovation Award 2011 - Aeronautics
| In 2007, Latécoère one of Compose's customers, called in Compose for one of its' R&T projects: the development of an innovative aircraft structure with advanced stitched preforms using RTM process. Compose has designed and manufactured a large RTM tool which allows to inject and compress 3D,curved, two-directional self-stiffened stitched performs. This project won the JEC Innovation Award 2011 – Category Aeronautics. This is the outcome of a collaboration between several partners with complementary expertise including Latécoère, PPE and Compose. This innovation will be exhibited at JEC 2011. |  |
